Color Jackets have an aim to make sure that our customers experience the hassle-free shopping experience at our site. Therefore, we have an easy return and exchange policy.
You have 20 days to Return or Exchange your jacket
After receiving the jacket, you have 8 hours to initiate the return of exchange request. The process should be completed within 20 days and after that, we cannot entertain any request. For return and exchange, you can send the jacket back to our Warehouses in Australia, UAE, or Pakistan. For the Return, we have a policy that you will be charged with a 25% service fee of your order’s cost. The remaining amount will be refunded back to your payment method once we receive the jacket back to our warehouse.
Order’s Cancellation
Color Jackets You can cancel your order within the span time of 8 hours of placing your order. You will be charged with no fees if you have canceled your order in this time period. After that time, you may have a chance that your order is processed and you will be charged a 25% service fee.
Defective Product
If you receive any defective product from our side then you can have the exchange for that. And for that, you simply need to send us the snapshot of the fault with details of the nature of the fault and your order number at contact@Colorjackets.com. After that Our customer Support agent will contact you and guide you further.
An issue in the size
Make sure that you have chosen the correct size of your jacket. But in case the jacket runs small or large then we can offer you a size exchange for that. Send us a query at contact@Colorjackets.com with your order number and our Customer Support agent will contact you.
Cases in which Return or exchange is not applicable
Color Jackets aims to provide its customers with the best services we can. So here we are up with the easy exchange and return policies after purchase.
- If we found the fault that has a potential of not from our end then the exchange or return would not be applicable.
- If we obtain an object and consider it has violated our rules, we will not process the submission.
- If you want to return back the product without having an authentic reason then the shipping charges would be applicable.
- The customized jackets will not be returned, as it is specifically made on request.
